What a tailgate spot includes

One vehicle plus grass tent space, with power and water at the site. Set up Friday at 5 p.m., tailgate all day Saturday, pack up Sunday before 9 a.m. No lugging coolers, chairs, generators or tables — unload at your spot and start.

The four ways to use the lot

Football Tailgating

Vehicle + tent space, power and water, Friday through Sunday morning. Season or single game.

Reserved Football Parking

A monitored, reserved space for the season or one game. No third-party brokers, no check-in app.

Year-Round Parking

Daily, weekly, monthly and yearly packages, two blocks from the Business and Engineering schools and three from the Village dorms. Monthly packages have blackout dates on football game-day weekends.

Event Venue

Utility access, on-site restrooms for booked guests, and campus proximity for concerts, vendor markets, corporate events and food-truck events.

Short-term parking available outside football season. Year-round and event-venue rates are by phone.

Good to know

Lot rules

No overnight stays.

Staying over means the RV resort, three miles out.

Gas grills only. No charcoal.
No glass containers.
Bring your own tent or hire a service. The lot doesn’t rent tents, and only tailgating guests can set one up.
Dogs and cats only, leashed at all times. No exceptions. Clean up after them.
Payment is in advance by phone, and non-refundable during football season.
